Abstract

This article concerns the difficulties of developing an intervention module which is part of an advisor system. We begin with a presentation of the motivation which inspired us in our research. We then address the knowledge that must exist within the intervention module, and present the learning psychology principles used to elaborate the module. Respecting the previously mentioned principles, we introduce a knowledge acquisition methodology, and the module is then used with different examples.
