Abstract

This research paper aims to explore the potential of circular economy practices in mining as a pathway to achieve sustainable resource management in Jharkhand, India. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis of case studies from diverse mining regions, this study examines the relevance and effectiveness of circular economy principles in mitigating the negative impacts of conventional mining practices. The research highlights the significant potential of circular economy practices in optimizing resource utilization, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing economic gains in the mining sector, thereby contributing to the promotion of sustainable development in Jharkhand and similar regions worldwide.
