Abstract

Venous disease is a common peripheral vascular disease, with its incidence rate seen on the rise every year . Without timely diagnosis and treatment, some serious conditions, such as peripheral tissue swelling, pigmentation, ulcers, will follow. If it occurs in the venous system of critical organs, life will be in danger. Traditional treatment for venous disease is mainly conservative treatment or open surgery. With the development of minimally invasive interventional, venous disease is getting better and prompt diagnosis and treatment. This article will review the development of current minimally invasive interventional strategies in the treatment of venous disease.
