Abstract
Androgenic alopecia(AGA)is a kind of androgen-dependent polygenic disease characterized by the progressive thinning and loss of hairs on the vertex.Pathologically,it manifests as a gradual decrease in the volume and density of hair follicles as well as in the anagen/telogen ratio.As a common disease in dermatology clinics,AGA often has considerable adverse influence on patients' appearance and mental health.How to effectively treat AGA has remained a focus in the field of dermatology at home and abroad.
