Abstract
Juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA)is a common rheumatic disease in children.Chronic synovial inflammation is the main feature.It causes cartilage damage and bone erosion.Due to its recurrence, it can cause joint deformity and loss of function in the long term, seriously threaten the quality of life of children.Early prediction of the possibility of recurrence and the destruction of bone and articular cartilage is particularly important for the adjustment of treatment.To know the research progress of early prognostic biomarker s of JIA recurrence, joint damage and bone erosion may provide theoretical basis for the rational diagnosis and treatment of JIA.
