Abstract
Noise is a common environmental factor which causes serious hazard to human health.Diseases induced by noise pollution are increasing,and the hazardous range is constantly expanding.Study on noise-induced hearing loss has been an important research topic.The production of generous oxygen radicals and disorders of auricular microcirculation induced by calcium imbalance may be the important mechanisms of noise-induced hearing loss.Currently,drugs for prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss are mainly neurotrophic agents,blood vessel regulators and anti-oxidants.The research on drugs for prevention and treatment of noise-induced hearing loss was reviewed in this paper.
