Abstract
黏膜黑色素瘤是黑色素瘤中一种罕见且具有侵袭性的亚型，预后较差。在我国，黏膜黑色素瘤比例高达22.6%，是黑色素瘤诊断的主要亚型之一。随着下一代测序技术的不断发展，我们对黏膜黑色素瘤基因变异谱的了解逐渐深入。本文总结了黏膜黑色素瘤的分子遗传学研究进展，对黏膜黑色素瘤的主要驱动基因突变、结构变异及基因融合特征进行论述，有助于对该疾病的发病机制有更加深入的了解。.
