Abstract

In recent years, with the applications of broad-spectrum antibiotics, corticosteroids, high-intensity immunosuppressive agents and high-dose chemotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation solid organ transplant and the increasing number of AIDS patients, invasive fungal infection(IFl) is increasing year by year, and its high morbidity and mortality harm to human health seriously. Laboratory diagnosis of fungal infection become an important evidence of diagnosing In, at the same time, identifying pathogenic fungus can guide clinical treatment and be the significance of epidemiological studies.
