Abstract
Autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) is a rare lung disease characterized by variable clinical manifestations.Whole lung lavage is the current standard treatment for PAP,but not all patients respond to this treatment.This paper reviews the current treatment aimed at the disease pathogenesis.
