Abstract

Advancing paternal age has been associated with worsened embryology outcomes, but it is unknown whether these effects are more pronounced in patients who ultimately fail to generate a euploid blastocyst. This study investigates the association between increasing paternal age and embryology outcomes in patients who did not generate a euploid embryo for transfer and compares the same outcome measures to couples who produced at least one euploid embryo through in vitro fertilization (IVF).
