Abstract

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an effective way to cure malignant hematological diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, genetic metabolic diseases and other diseases.The success of transplantation is closely related to the recovery of hematopoietic system and immune system of recipients after transplantation.Infection, recurrence and secondary tumors in patients after transplantation may be related to persistent immunodeficiency, so immune reconstruction after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is very important.This article mainly reviews the research progress of immune reconstruction after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, including the regularity of immune reconstruction, influencing factors of immune reconstruction, and vaccination after immune reconstruction.
