Abstract
Advance as a type of providing of execution of obligation is Analysed current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates an advance as type of providing of execution of obligation. Functions and legal nature of advance are certain. In the article grounded expedience of improvement of determination of advance in a current legislationand law consequences of non-fulfillment of agreement of well-to-do by an advance.
