Abstract
目的 探讨成年阴囊内皮样囊肿的临床特点及诊治方法。 方法 回顾分析1例成年阴囊内皮样囊肿的临床资料并复习相关文献。 结果 患者为28岁成年汉族男性因"发现右侧包块4年余"入院。阴囊彩超提示右侧睾丸上方一大小约3.9 cm×2.6 cm的低回声团块，与睾丸界限清楚，行右侧阴囊肿块切除术，术后病理提示阴囊内皮样囊肿。 结论 成年阴囊内皮样囊肿十分罕见，诊断多依靠患者临床症状、主诉结合阴囊彩超，必要时可行CT、MRI或细针穿刺来明确诊断。治疗上主要采取手术完整切除。
