Abstract

Introduction: Terminal diagnoses in the pediatric population are universally challenging for interdisciplinary team members. Cases of pediatric patients that suffer from malignancies more commonly affecting adults can be even more difficult for pediatric and adult teams to manage. This case brings to light some unique struggles where a med-peds perspective can provide assistance to adult and pediatric providers.
