Abstract

With the growth of the survivorship movement in Canada and the United States, health care providers are being challenged to meet the unique needs of adult cancer survivors. This paper is intended to provide oncology nurses with an overview of adult cancer survivoship and some of the common issues facing adult survivors, as well as implications for oncology nursing practice.
