Abstract
Adsorptive voltammetric characteristics for reversible, totally irreversible and quasi-reversible interfacial reactions at a mercury ultramicroelectrode have been investigated. It was found that the dependences of the peak current on potential scan rates, preconcentration time in a quiescent solution, electrode radius and bulk concentration of adsorbed substance were in agreement with theoretical prediction. A procedure for determining trace nickel in microanalysis with 5 μl samples has been described.
