Abstract
we developed a new method which can measure wetting of the surface of adsorbed protein layers without drying. At a higher protein concentration, the surface of adsorbed protein layers on glass treated with fluorosurfactants is fairly hydrophilic. At a lower protein concentration, the surface hydrophilicity of the adsorbed protein layer depends on the kind of fluorosurfactants that are utilized for glass-treatments and also the protein adsorption process.
