Abstract
The paper focuses on the adoption and legal effects of panel Reports. Panel Reports are subject to appeal. The paper pays also attention to this recourse of the parties heard by the Appellate Body (AB). This Section of the research is also interested on the decisions taken by the AB. Do they confirm, review, modify or reject Panel Reports? Moreover, attention is put on what are the matters the AB interprets and discusses. What are the applied norm? And, finally, this chapter is also pursuing to identify the process followed for the adoption of AB Reports, and the legal effects of AB decisions.
