Abstract

We report the case of a previously healthy adolescent boy who presented with pelvic and rectal pain, as well as hematospermia and hematochezia. He was diagnosed with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) prostatic abscesses, which is an uncommon finding in this patient population.
