Abstract

The admissibility of an inhomogeneous linear estimator is characterized in the linear models may be singular, (θ.o2) varies in , such restrictions are called incomplete ellipsoidal restrictions The relation between admissible inhomogeneous linear estimators and homogeneous linear estimators is discussed, and a sufficient and necessary condition for admissibility of an inhomogeneous linear estimator is given.
