Abstract

The paper discussed that every individual in a school setting. Persons with disabilities needed to be considered in every school administrative styles. four administrative styles were discussed. They include: Lisssez- faire administrator, Autocratic administrator, Benevolent Dictator/Administrator, Democratic Administration. Many more leadership styles were also discussed. It was discussed that special education setting also requires some specific sets of administrative processes. Which include: Understanding law and policy, Identification and Assessment, Individual Instruction, Building Positive Relationships and other Administrative Processes. The paper concluded that in every organizational structure, there are various methods used to obtain a positive result. Same is applicable in the education of persons with disabilities.
