Abstract
We developed a quadrupole stimuli responsive targeted nanomedicine platform with the key goal to provide a solution to the outstanding problem “How can the delivered therapeutic dose to the tumour be increased while at the same time reducing the dose in healthy tissue?” When accomplishing this goal, we will offer a huge improvement in the length and quality of life of cancer patients. Our preliminary animal study give hope in that course.
