Abstract

Patients who received the N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate (NMDA) receptor partial agonist D‐cycloserine as adjunctive treatment to a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) protocol showed greater improvement in depressive symptoms in a 4‐week placebo‐controlled trial. No serious adverse events were reported in the study.
