Abstract
Voluntary anonymous questioning of groups of parents (n = 120), students of junior and senior courses of medical faculty (n = 250), оutpatient doctors (n = 45) concerning vaccination is carried out.Parents showed a generally positive (60%) attitude to vaccination, high anxiety (90%) in connection with the possible development of post-vaccination complications, as well as lack of awareness and inertia in acquiring knowledge about vaccination. The positive trend in knowledge among students from junior to senior courses is adjacent to the lack of practical orientation on vaccination. Outpatient doctors are cautious about vaccination, especially for children with chronic illnesses.

Summary
Проводилось анонимное добровольное анкетирование с последующей обработкой результатов. Анкетирование включало оценку отношения к вакцинации трех групп населения: группу No1 составили 120 матерей, находящихся в ГБУ РО «ОДКБ имени Н.В. Дмитриевой» по уходу за детьми, группу No2 составили 250 студентов 4—6 курсов лечебного факультета РязГМУ, в группу No3 были включены ответы 45 врачей-педиатров амбулаторного звена. Разработанный опросник состоял из 30 вопросов с возможными вариантами ответов для родителей и 20 вопросов для студентов и врачей без предлагаемых вариантов ответов. Результаты исследования оценивались путем сравнения ответов в опросниках внутри каждой группы
