Abstract

Adenosarcoma of the uterus is an unusual mixed tumor, histologically characterized by a benign epithelial component associated with a mesenquimal sarcomatous element. The classical symptom at presentation is vaginal bleeding occasionally associated with pelvic pain. These are low-grade malignant tumors, which need long term follow-up. We present two cases of uterine adenocarcinoma diagnosed in our hospital during the last ten years.
