Abstract
Une observation: malade atteint de fibrose kystique connue depuis l'âge de 6 mois, ayant presente des infections respiratoires dues a Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A l'âge de 20 ans le malade presente un diabete, une hepatosplenomegalie et a l'âge de 29 ans une myonecrose etendue du thorax et de la paroi abdominale (clostridium septicum) qui amene la mort. L'autopsie revele la presence d'un epithelioma glandulaire de l'ileon
