Abstract
Gastroscopy in a 68-year-old now showed a large protruding tumor. Ga-67 imaging showed increased uptake in almost the entire stomach. Although CT and Goa-67 imaging were suggestive of lymphoma, the lesion was found to be a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
