Abstract

This paper reports the findings from an empirical research project conducted in 2017-19 about the dispute resolution model for resolving individual claims of discrimination in Victoria, Australia. It identifies the ongoing barriers to enforcement and makes recommendations for how the enforcement system could be improved to tackle broader, systemic discrimination.
