Abstract

Visualization of a total anomalous pulmonary vein connection in the case of a fetus at 22 gestational weeks. In the four-chamber view, an abnormal tubular-like structure was present between the area of the left atrium and the descending aorta, which was confirmed to drain into the coronary sinus and ultimately into the right atrium. Thus, this case proved to be a total anomalous pulmonary vein connection. (AVI 4277Â kb)
