Abstract
In this article it was determined the various keeping technology of pharaoh quails under penthouse in Ganja-Qazakh zones. The investigation work took place in ASAU `s “Educational Center of Quails Breeding” and in the laboratory of the faculty “Cattle and fish products production technology”. For getting the high meat product and for improving its quality under penthouse it was held investigation work in different keeping systems. For economy to the electric energy the quails were kept under penthouse, and at nights it was used the natrium lamps and it was getting the high products from the female quails.
