Abstract

Abstract A new technique is presented, for adaptive temperature control of greenhouses, whose parameters van, with the ventilation as well as the velocity of the inside air The proposed technique relies on multirate detection of the greenhouse temperature. And results on a globally stable indirect adaptive scheme, which estimates the unknown process parameters on-line, from sequential data of Liie greenhouse temperature and the heating power, which are recursively updated within the time limit imposed by a fundamental sampling period The effectiveness of the proposed technique is demonstrated by several simulation results.
