Abstract

The paper starts from the basic concept and social meaning of adaptability, proposes the adaptability evaluation model by the order parameter theory and adaptive theory, establishes the adaptability evaluation model of transfer organization mode of urban passenger traffic transfer hub and does empirical studies on the coordination adaptability of each transportation modes of passenger traffic transfer hub with this model according to the statistical data of the front hubs in the railway stations of Changchun City, Jilin Province. The result shows that under the current transfer organization mode, with the increase of passenger flow volume, the modes in the urban road passenger transportation hub system tends to develop without coordination. But though the analysis of development contribution rate of system coordination from the effect function of the evaluation model, it is clear that the transfer mode of transfer hubs in front of the Changchun stations should be redesigned. The passenger flow volume should be organized properly to promote the coordination development of transportation means in the road transfer hubs.
