Abstract
The use of adaptive noise cancellation technique was explored in order to separate sources of motion for a two frequency Doppler radar system. Simulations and experiments were performed. The reference signal was obtained from a harmonic radar system using passive harmonic tags. The tag signal was effectively cancelled from data simultaneously obtained from a 2.45 GHz Doppler radar, facilitating the monitoring of un-tagged source of motion and providing reliable information about both motions.
