Abstract

AbstractThe article discusses the hydromechanical system of the tool feed drive with a hydraulic kinematic connection, implemented by a hydraulic control circuit and adjustable volumetric machines. A mathematical model of the developed drive is described, which is a two-mass system: a hydraulic drive for the main movement and a hydraulic drive for feeding from which the position of the piston block is hydraulically controlled. The control signal is generated from the original hydromechanical sensor in the form of pressure pulses installed on the shaft of the hydraulic motor. The model was compiled and investigated in the MATLAB Simulink software environment. As a result of research, the influence of the power and kinematic characteristics of the drive on the performance of the hydromechanical system has been established. A comparative analysis of the throttle and volumetric drive control method was carried out according to the criteria: consumed power; changing the speed of the hydraulic motor shaft. The analysis showed the effectiveness of the proposed method and hydromechanical control system.KeywordsHydraulic driveHydrokinematic couplingMathematical modelHydraulic sensorDrilling machineVolumetric controlHydromechanical system
