Adaptive approach to economic security management of transport and logistics systems

Abstract

The ideas of making organizational and economic decisions on the management of economic security of transport and logistics systems in conditions of uncertainty are revealed. Issues of adaptive management of transport and logistics systems are systematized and described. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of the principles of adaptation of systems and methods of their implementation in conditions of uncertainty of structure-forming factors. As the main theoretical provisions for adapting management, methods of modeling the working conditions and synthesis of the structure of transport and logistics systems, as well as a logistic approach to the selection of measures for the development of transport infrastructure are proposed. The proposed theoretical provisions for the adaptation of transport and logistics systems provide for the systematics, integrity, optimization of total logistics costs, unity of design and implementation of business processes in the field of transport services.
