Abstract

The paper analyses some possibilities for adaptation of a bottom carriage of 100 mm antiaircraft gun KS-19 to the requirements of M120 “RAK” ballistic stand. The adaptation is aimed to increase testing-researching capacities of the stand by its greater mobility for deployment at various testing ranges. KS-19 gun system and initial calculations of its stability and immobility during a shot are presented. Conclusions received from the results of the stand firing tests and perspectives of the carriage application for another weapon systems are formulated.
