Abstract

In this article, we analyze some ideas that reveal the need to optimize the adaptation process of beginning teachers in order to make the context more efficient in all aspects of education. In the conditions of the development of the educational system, the need to modernize schools increases: through sufficient endowment with school equipment, collaboration with external and internal educational partners, assurance with of professional human resources, integration and competition in professional activity. All of macro in the general issue of education, which influences the way of professional adaptation of beginning teachers. We support the idea that, especially at the beginning of their career, teachers need support not only from the state institutions, but also from the entire society, which has the functional context, for the professional development of beginning teachers, through assistance and mentoring in the adaptation professional and in the development of professional identity.
