Abstract

Among neuropsychiatric disorders, Parkinson’s Disease (PD) has an especially broad range of cognitive and behavioral manifestations, which may reflect the multifaceted impact of dopaminergic neuron loss. Analogous to the well-known motor symptom fluctuations on and off dopamine substitution, we examined medication related non-motor fluctuations in transdiagnostic measures of apathy, impulsivity, anhedonia, and mood.
