Abstract
Cyc1osporine isan immunosuppressant drug that has been used to prevent rejection of transplanted organs for more than a decade. More recently, cyc1osporine has been used inthe treatment ofcutaneousdiseases suchaspyodermagangrenosum (PG)1-7 that have been unresponsive to other therapies. We describe the occurrence of acute, reversible central nervous system (eNS) toxicity in a patient treated with low-dose oral cyclosporine for PG.
