Abstract
A case is reported of acute psychosis, including florid visual and tactile hallucinations, in an 18-year-old male after intravenous misuse of 60 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. The literature is reviewed for other cases of psychosis following pseudoephedrine use.
