Abstract

The stomatologist’s practical work includes counseling of the patients presenting with periodontal pathologies and diseases of oral cavity mucosa. The current literature contains numerous data suggesting the relationship between the general somatic diseases and dental pathologies. The clinical case reported in the present article confirms that necrotizing ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa can be the symptoms of acute leucosis and may require compulsory differential diagnostics prior to the prescription of any medicamental treatment.
