Abstract

A 55-year-old man with a previous history of penetrating corneal trauma presented with decreased vision in his right eye, especially in photopic conditions. The visual acuity was 20/40 in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye. A rounded lesion with smooth, thin walls and low reflective content was observed in the anterior chamber (A and B), in contact with corneal endothelium, suggestive of an iris cyst from epithelial downgrowth.
