Abstract
Objective: Surgical left ventricular restoration (SVR) by means of endoventricular patch aneurysmectomy in patients with post infarction aneurysm should result in acutely improved left ventricular performance. This study tests the capacity of geometric rebuilding by SVR to reconstitute a more synchronous and synergic contractile pattern.
