Abstract

His bundle pacing (HBP) improves clinical outcomes as compared with right ventricular pacing.1 However, HBP procedure can be technically challenging.2 The utilization of an electrophysiology recording system (EPRS) can provide a better visualization of intracardiac signals, particularly His signals, compared to a pacing system analyzer (PSA) as EPRS has higher resolution and sampling frequency with an adjustable high-pass and low-pass filter. In this study, we sought to compare the HBP procedure outcomes with and without EPRS in a propensity score–matched (PSM) cohort.
