Abstract
The mechanism of implementation of the pre-trial agreement on cooperation involves participantsin criminal proceedings both from the prosecution and the defense. However, their role in the pre-trial cooperation agreement is different. The purpose of the study is to identify the role, features of the procedural status of the parties to the pre-trial agreement on cooperation, their interaction to build an optimal model for the implementation of the agreement.
