Abstract
Creation of an automated control system for transport allows to increase management efficiency transport and effectiveness of monitoring on the basis of harmonious functioning and development of information and technological resources of branch and creation of a common information space of a transport complex. Object of research is the automated control system on city passenger transport. An object of a research are the automated control systems used in a services sector. The novelty of a research consists in application of system approach to design of an information system and consideration not only technological, but also economic factors.
