Abstract

1. 1. Comparative studies were carried out on sorbitol dehydrogenase in ram's and bull's seminal plasma. 2. 2. The activity of sorbitol dehydrogenase was higher in the ram's seminal plasma than in that in the bull. 3. 3. The sorbitol dehydrogenase migrates to the cathode. No isozymes of sorbitol dehydrogenase were found in the seminal plasma of the rams and bulls studied.
