ACTIVITIES OF THE SAMARA DISTRICT COURT ON THE CONSIDERATION OF CRIMINAL CASES AT THE END OF XIX – EARLY XX CENTURIES. (BY THE MATERIALS OF THE COURT FOUNDATION IN TsGASO)

Abstract

The article discusses the activities of the samara district court for the consideration of criminal cases in the period 1894-1917. According to the documents of the court fund in the central state archive of the samara region, the main types of documents of the fund are analyzed, their historical and information potential is determined for studying the functioning of the judicial system and specific areas of activity of the samara district court in the period under review.
