Abstract

The paper is devoted to the principles of constructing active electro-optical systems with dynamic spectral processing of optical radiation in order to enhance the contrast of search objects images. In active electro-optical systems with dynamic processing the spectral composition of the polychromatic probing radiation is formed using laser signals based on a priori information about the spectral characteristics of the object and the background. The spectrum of the probing radiation is formed in such a way that at the output of the electro-optical system a minimum response is formed for the radiation reflected from the background and the maximum response of the radiation reflected from the object's surface. A block diagram of the active electro-optical systems and results of mathematical modeling of the signal processing in it are given.
