Abstract

In this paper, active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and rotor flux coordination control strategy are presented to handle load mutation and efficiency optimization of induction motor (IM). The backstepping controller is proposed to improve the dynamic response of the control system in current loop. The ADRC is applied in speed loop and rotor flux loop, which can resist the influence of the load mutation. Considering the efficiency optimization of IM, the coordination control strategy based on exponential function between the given rotor flux and the optimal rotor flux is proposed to minimize the loss of IM. The asymptotic stability of the control strategy is proved by Lyapunov theory. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional vector control, the control strategy presented in this paper improves the ability of load disturbance attenuation and reduces the energy loss of the system.
